4. Counter-Notice
If your content was removed due to a DMCA notice and you believe it was removed in error or as a result of misidentification, you may file a counter-notice containing:

- Identification of the removed material and its location before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
- Your full name, address, and telephone number, plus a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the courts of Faridabad, Haryana, India (or applicable jurisdiction).
- A statement that you will accept service of process from the original complainant.

5. False Claims Warning

7. AI-Generated Content Note
Bhawishyavani generates astrology readings using AI. We do not intentionally reproduce copyrighted works. If you believe our AI has reproduced your copyrighted text or imagery (e.g., from a copyrighted book or article), please notify us via the procedure above with:
- A copy or excerpt of your original work.
- The Bhawishyavani URL where the reproduction allegedly appears.
